Roger Tipton
Executive Director

Roger Tipton has over 20 years of progressive experience from a shop floor engineer through CEO in automotive and industrial companies. Roger is a NASA Fellow, a winner of the Manny Award for Excellence in Manufacturing, and a finalist for the Nortech Innovation Award in Advanced Materials.Roger holds a Bachelors in Materials Engineering from Ohio State, and a Masters in Materials Engineering from the University of South Florida. He is completing a PhD in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at the University of South Florida.

Mark Kelly
Senior Principal Engineer

Mark Kelly brings 30 years of engineering experience to the company working for GE Healthcare. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in biology from Tufts University in addition to an MBA and a Master in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. 

Bob Moreno
Senior Program Manager

Bob Moreno has more than 25 years of experience in the medical field working for Corometrics Medical Systems, Marquette Medical, and GE Healthcare. Bob earned Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Charter Oak State College in Connecticut.
