Manual/Automatic Deli Slicer

The slicer combines dramatic enhancements in design to achieve new levels of precision, yield and consistency. The precise indexing mechanism creates consistent slices. Implementation of a linear 3-phase BLDC motor in the automatic version allows for power assisted slicing to reduce fatigue. As well, this new motor geometry “memorizes” a manual stroke, reproducing it at multiple speeds, fully automating slicing in high-volume applications.

The UI is designed to be placed on the unit or remote via a standard CAT5 cable.

Xpress Grill

Utilized by the largest fast food chains, the Xpress Grill’s upper and lower grill plates cook both sides simultaneously, reducing cook times by up to 50%. The precise temperature controls ensure food is cooked to the appropriate core temperature ensuring operators achieve consistent quality and food safety. Plus, rapid recovery and rapid pre-heat features save energy by allowing the griddle to cool between peak periods.

Impingement Oven

This impingement oven incorporates a unique control system that optimizes the gas/air mixture, lowering gas usage without compromising heat. It bakes up to 35% faster than other conveyor ovens without increased noise levels or loss of product quality. The digital control panel has one temperature control for the entire oven and conveyor speed controls for every belt. The LED readout displays actual cavity temperatures, conveyor belt speeds and thermostat indicator light.

Front Return Toaster

The 8005 Front Return Toaster is equipped with a patented control technology resulting in superior toasting and productivity performance. Once set, the control ensures that the intensity level of the heating elements is maintained at a constant level regardless of input power fluctuations. As well, conveyor belt speed is automatically adjusted to allow a 99% consistent product look, feel, texture and taste, independent of voltage fluctuations and/or load conditions.

Eikon Accelerated Cooking Oven
