Michael Ferris

Mr. Ferris has been a founder, chairman and CEO of several companies throughout his 20-year career. As a former college athlete and 2011 winner & judge of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program, Mr. Ferris leads the firm cercatrovaholdings.com and it’s two fast growing companies – Occam Technology Group and Abacode. Both firms represent the best and brightest with forward looking technologies and global influence.

Ray Carr

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Ray is an expert in Embedded Control Systems Design and Development for Medical, Military, Marine, and Micro-Controller systems. Among many awards and over a dozen domestic and international patents, Ray holds a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, and Double Major Bachelor of Engineering in Bio-Medical and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Jeremy Rasmussen, CISSP

ADVISOR

Jeremy has    24 years    of    experience    in    developing    secure communications    systems    and cybersecurity    consulting    services throughout    the    world.    Jeremy    has    extensive    experience    in    network    vulnerability    audits,    forensic    incident    response,    product    vulnerability    analysis,    penetration    testing/red    teaming,    security    policy    development,    cybersecurity    training,    and    R&D    into    automated    software    assurance    tools    and    secure    mobile    platforms.

Ret. Col. Paul Huxhold

ADVISOR

Paul is a Program Manager for a defense industry service provider and has significant experience in organizational leadership and operational design. He served as a Marine Officer for 24 years, finishing at U.S. Special Operations Command, where he led engagements with the private sector to leverage multiple stakeholders and create opportunities to improve the Command’s ability to operate in global environments.

Robert W Bailey, MD, JD, FACS

ADVISOR

Robert W. Bailey has a broad-reaching scope of expertise. He is a practicing general surgeon with 25 years of clinical experience, an attorney licensed by the Florida Bar, an established consultant, and a successful, patented medical device inventor. He also has a strong background in new program implementation and has conducted both basic science and clinical research.
